Born as a humble market stall, Biltong & Bangers began when our founder arrived in the UK in 2008, determined to share the authentic flavours of South Africa through our high protein snacks after more than 35 years in Johannesburg and Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Since then - with the opening of our busy flagship store at 161 High Street in Southampton, Hampshire - we’ve grown into a proud brand known for our biltong products crafted using traditional methods passed down through generations. The result: first-class biltong made by a team who takes pride in every batch.
